The 7-day trial

Every new account gets 7 days of the Pro plan, with no card. Then it moves to Free.

Every new music24 account starts with a 7-day trial. The trial gives you the Pro plan with 15 video credits. Every image and video it makes is a preview with a watermark, so you see what Pro makes before you pay. You need no card, and nothing is charged during the trial or after it.

What the trial includes

The Pro plan, with two exceptions listed below. For example:

1 artist and 3 team seats. A second artist needs Manager.
365 days of playlist data, markets and geo filters
200 scheduled posts, 15 video credits and 100 AI insights a month
Unlimited SmartLink and pre-save pages, and unlimited social channels
The daily report, playlist-add and mover alerts, and CSV export

What the trial does not include

A custom domain for your pages, posts to X, and files with no watermark. During the trial your images, videos and link preview image carry the music24 watermark. A paid plan removes it.

See how many days are left

A banner in the app counts the days left in your free trial. In Settings → Subscription the plan card shows Trial with the days left and the date the trial ends.

One day before the end, we email you "Your music24 trial ends tomorrow". When it ends, we email you "You're on music24 Free now".

When the trial ends

Your account moves to Free on its own. Your published pages stay live and nothing is deleted. The Free limits apply from that moment. See What changes when the trial ends or you downgrade.

Buy a plan during the trial

Choose See plans on the banner, or Settings → Subscription → View plans. The paid plan starts the moment you pay, and billing starts that day. The app then shows the name of your paid plan, and the trial banner goes away.

You keep the Pro limits until the trial ends, also when you buy Artist during the trial. Settings → Subscription then shows the Pro limits until the trial end date, then Artist. One day before the end, we email you the Artist limits that apply next, instead of the email about Free. When the trial ends, the limits of the plan you bought apply. Pro, Manager and Label give their own limits at once, so they get no such email.

Questions

Do I need a card for the music24 trial?

No. The 7-day trial needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Can I get a second trial?

No. There is one trial per person. We check the email address and the Apple or Google sign-in. A new account with the same email or the same Apple or Google sign-in gets no new trial, also after you delete your account.

Do my pages go offline when the trial ends?

No. Pages you published stay live. On Free their link preview image carries the music24 watermark, and a custom domain pauses until you upgrade.
