Monthly quotas: posts, video credits and AI insights
Your plan gives the workspace a number of posts, video credits and AI insights each month. The count resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC.
Three things have a monthly quota. The quota belongs to the workspace, so every member and every artist in it uses the same count. It resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.
- Posts (the app calls them auto-posts): one unit for each channel of a scheduled post. A draft takes nothing until you schedule it. A scheduled post that you cancel in the month you created it gives its unit back. A failed post keeps its unit, and Schedule again on it takes no new one.
- Video credits: 1 credit for each short video (an AI reel, a Canvas loop, a countdown video, artwork in motion) and 3 for a full-song video or the motion artwork, on Pro and up. Images use none. A failed video gives its credits back.
- AI insights: the AI daily brief, on the Trends screen and in the daily digest. The first time the workspace reads the brief of a given day uses one unit. Reading the same brief again that month is free.

Video credit packs
When the month runs out on a paid plan, the workspace owner can buy a pack: 10 credits for $15, 30 for $39 or 100 for $119. Pack credits never expire. music24 uses the plan credits of the month first, then the oldest pack.
Only the owner buys packs, on Artist, Pro, Manager or Label. A pack costs the same on the web and in the apps. A member sees a note to ask the owner. Free and the trial make previews, so they get the plan offer instead of packs. A pack you bought stays after a move to Free, but Free makes previews only.
When you reach a quota
The action stops and the upgrade window opens. It shows how many you used of your limit this month and the date the count resets. Wait for the reset, or pick a bigger plan. The new limit applies at once, and what you used this month still counts.
Free has no AI insights, so the AI daily brief stays locked. When a paid workspace runs out, the daily digest arrives without the brief.

Questions
When does my monthly quota reset?

Does a post to several channels count once?
No. It counts once for each channel. A post to Instagram and TikTok uses 2 units.
Do unused posts roll over to the next month?
No. Each month starts again from 0.
